Getting to Bistecca Steakhouse

Bistecca is located inside The Meadows Casino on the Sky Level, literally a level above any other steakhouse in Pittsburgh. From the main lobby, simply proceed to the back of the casino (toward the racetrack) until you reach the concourse lobby. There you'll find both stairs and elevators that will take you to the sky level and the finest steakhouse in or around Pittsburgh.

Introducing Executive Chef Frank Santilli

Chef Santilli is a highly experienced Chef with 35 years in the food & beverage industry, specializing in Italian cuisine, specialty seafood, gourmet cheesecakes and pastries. Chef Santilli’s career has taken him from The Hyholde Restaurant and Ladbroke Racing, all the way to the Sky Level of The Meadows as the head chef of Bistecca Steakhouse. Chef is highly regarded locally, having won 1st place at the Restaurant Week competition in Washington County as well as five 1st place awards at the Sweet Sunday Dessert competitions benefiting the Washington City Mission. Whether steak or seafood, sweet or savory, Chef Santilli has a menu that will astound and delight everyone who visits Bistecca.
