Vendor Opportunities

The Meadow Racetrack and Casino is currently in the process of identifying qualified vendors to establish business relationships with. In order to be considered for being a Vendor, you must be either a registered vendor or certified vendor with the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Please go to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board to see the requirements and download forms.Per the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, vendors are not allowed to submit their applications directly and it must be done through the property. Please submit the vendor registration form as soon as possible if you anticipate doing $15,000 or more of business with a slot operator in a 12 month period.The vendor certification application must be completed and sent to us if you will be doing business on a regular and continuous basis with the slot operator. Regular and continuous basis is defined as $200,000 of business in a 12 month period with one slot operator, or $500,000 of business in a 12 month period with more than one slot operator.Please fill out the appropriate forms available on line and send it along with a check or money order made out to: "Commonwealth of Pennsylvania" to the following address:
