A gaming professional for more than 22 years, this engaging Steubenville, Ohio resident makes every guest feel at home the moment they arrive at The Meadows. He developed his polished style and dedication to service at some of the biggest casinos around – such as Tropicana, Trump Plaza, The Sands, Foxwoods and the Grand Hotel Tunica. When it comes to taking care of players, Bobby is a sure bet.		Pittsburgh born and raised, Gena is a class act whose only focus is her players and ensuring they always have a great time. A graduate of nearby Mt. Lebanon High School, Gena's been with The Meadows since 2007 and has become a favorite of many guests. When she's not on the casino floor, she's vacationing at the beach with her husband Jim, son, Jimmy and daughter, Madison. Or you just may find her shopping for another lovely pair of heels. But, when she's at The Meadows, it's all about the guest.

Originally from Washington, DC, Arturo grew up in the immediate area and graduated from University of Pittsburgh. Prior to arriving in the industry, he enjoyed successful career runs in the fast-paced restaurant/food service industry, as well as a stint as a stockbroker. Energetic and outgoing, Arturo loves his role at The Meadows – to make sure players have an unforgettable time. Multilingual and active, Arturo has a wide variety of interests and hobbies, but his dedication to his casino guests make him unique. Arturo also enjoys extreme sports - such as cars and motorcycles. When you visit The Meadows Racetrack and Casino, make it a point to meet Arturo.		A University of Pittsburgh graduate, Bill offers a warm welcome to everyone he meets as a popular Executive Host at The Meadows. Previously, Bill originally found his calling in industrial sales where he was an independent contractor until his retirement. Missing the daily interaction with people, he found a new calling and he joined The Meadows Racetrack and Casino team in 2009. Bill looks forward to working with you to make your visit enjoyable and memorable.		As our Executive Host, Chip has one priority at The Meadows – to create an experience second to none so guests will return again and again. After 31 years in the steel industry and two years managing a gasoline station, Chip started in the casino industry at Wheeling Island Racetrack and Casino in 2006. After stints as cage supervisor and assistant manager of the Players Club, he joined the best team around at The Meadows Racetrack and Casino as supervisor in the Players Club in May of 2007. A resident of Tiltonsville, Ohio, Chip's been married for 26 happy years and is the father of two boys. He's also a proud grandfather of two beloved grandsons. (Just ask him to show the pictures.)

Born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Kerri is a longtime favorite around here. In fact, she's worked at The Meadows since 1998 and is one of the original hosts. She started her casino career at Northlands Park Racetrack. Kerri loves the heart- pounding thrill of harness racing as much as she loves to travel. Charming, committed and considerate, she looks forward to meeting you and making your next visit enjoyable and fun!		A native of the area, Alexandria Papantonakis is known as "Lexie" to her friends - so that means everyone she meets. With a style that's won the hearts of scores of players, Lexie is a popular person on the casino floor. With a B.S. degree in Marketing from West Virginia University, Lexie joined The Meadows team in May, 2007 and was one of the original hosts. She loves meeting new people, creating long-term relationships and making every moment memorable at The Meadows. She looks forward to doing the same for you on your next visit.		Karrin Stephens is an Executive Casino Host with 6 years of experience at local casinos and is excited to be at The Meadows. She has established lasting relationships and delivers exceptional service to the guests she meets. She especially enjoys meeting new people and greeting each guest with a smile.
